Emporium Hotel South Bank features 143 luxuriously appointed suites with all the comforts you could ask for, while an abundance of premium food and beverage options that leave guests spoilt for choice. We are currently recruiting skilled Bartenders to join our passionate Food & Beverage team.

Successful applicants will need the following:

• Demonstrated prior experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced environment (4-5 star Hotel experience advantageous, although enthusiasm and the right attitude goes a long way!)
• Passion for the industry and ability to deliver an outstanding 5-star Emporium standard of service;
• Exceptional skills and strong knowledge of Food & Beverage with a focus on classic and contemporary cocktails, beers, spirits and wine;
• Understanding of FOH operations and POS systems;
• Multi-talented; flexible to work across multiple venues
• Creative flair with the ability to deliver outstanding service standards in a high volume, fast-paced environment;
• Strong work ethic and a ‘can do’ attitude with the ability to work a 7 day roster, including night and weekends;
• Immaculate grooming and presentation; style and charisma
• Holds current RSA
